As the heading states, my type 4 hair LOVES Innersense hairbath and cream conditioner. I typically apply it said conditioner and then sit for 15 min underneath a hooded dryer with my hair wrapped in a plastic bag, and literally NOTHING works better for my hair. My hair feels hydrated, moisturized, and soft as a cloud! I'm even noticing my curls post wash becoming more defined for longer. I thought I was 4c until I realized my hair was just dry and that the heavy butters, creams, and oils were just sitting on top of my hair, not penetrating the shaft and certainly not nourishing it. I realized all those cheaper cowashes, shampoos, and conditioners were pretty much doing nothing for my hair, as my hair always felt dry as soon as it dried out of the shower.
