Hello, I weigh over 200 pounds (maybe 230) and am 5'7 1/2" tall. I bought the largest size thinking it would fit my waist but it does doesn't even go above my hips. I had to pull it over my head to put it on. I bought it to wear under my maid dress and it did the job. This skirt is definitely underwear! I got her five Given stars for the stretch because it has a great elastic band and if it was my size I think I could easily stretch it on my hips Hope this helps someone else with a larger size like me :) My dresses/ Jeans Size : US 14-16 Shirt Size : L-XL
