This was one of the easiest RODIs to change out, the resins were packaged in triple bags, four if you count the outer bag which contained two separate 10" Canister contains sachets. and felt fresher than my last pre-filled canister, it was easy to clean and rinse out the bottom filter plugs (don't throw them away, you'll need them). and my system was reassembled with no leaks! Carefully cut open the vacuum bag marked 700g which is a double zip bag compressed to prevent air ingress. Take out the inner bag I just opened and put the end in my canister and slowly poured it in, had to shake a few times to allow the resins to sit down to make it fit, put the clean stoppers / Filter back on and re-tighten the bottom, reassemble the canister and boom, it worked great. I bought these because I had more 1st and 2nd stage filters than RODI so thought it might be worth a try. it worked. I have older RODI blocks so more filter plugs, but I got these washers for my Marineland Magnum filters, they were the right size and I couldn't find original replacements anywhere.
