I have never used clay powder but the scent of this powder is perfect for me. It's not as harsh on my nose as most perfumes and I still smell good! And yes, no more baby powder smell I can't stand! I wish the small container was a little cheaper and the container is difficult to open. Once opened I have no problem dispensing the powder. I'll see how the powder handles my hyperhidrosis on my walks today. If I have a winner, I can ignore the prize! Update: I had to reapply after getting sweaty but the smell was a bit strong afterwards. I use a less scented powder for reapplication. I tend to break out where I powder, but that didn't happen with this powder. It's still a winner in my book.
