I work for UPS and I always wear gloves. I was looking for something inexpensive and gave these a try. The glove material and the rubber coating are thin. I have small hands but fleshy fingers. It's difficult at first to fit the small size, but once you've tightened a little, it's easy. Not much traction with them. On a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being best), I would say 2 to 2.5 at best. And then it gets slightly worse. They last about 2-3 weeks, after which holes appear on the fingertips and palms. I sort light boxes (8 lbs or less), averaging 5,000 to 8,000 sorted boxes per shift. The only thing I like about these gloves is that they kind of keep my hands dry. That means don't overheat and don't sweat your hands (and then the gloves stink!). The gloves I have as a comparison example are Diesel gloves. The grip strength of diesel gloves is 5 (from 1 to 5). Next time I need to buy gloves, I won't buy these.
