If you already have full-bodied or curly hair, you might be pleased with this shampoo. My hair is fairly fine and I was hoping that it might boost it a bit, but it didn't. It seems to leave it flatter with almost an oily texture, which I supposed shouldn't be too much of a surprise given the fact that "oil" is part of its name.It did seem to leave my scalp feeling cleaner and even a bit healthier, but didn't really deliver an impact in this regard that knocked my socks off.I shower/shampoo twice per day, so I plan to use this one at night before I go to bed when no one from the outside world can see me, and use a different "volumizing" shampoo in the mornings.It's basically okay, but I don't recommend it if you have fine, thin textured hair.
