Easy 10 minute task to upgrade your lighting

Easy installation. First, I turned off the power. Old bulb and ballast removed (two screws). I cut the wires that supply black and white power. I connected the included adapter that goes to the lightbulb. The adapter has 4 wires. white and grey. Connect both whites together with the white from the fan together. Then I connected 2 grays to a black. I used a butt connector to join the wires. I also changed the included holders. The fans were all metalheads. The supplied ones have plastic or rubber over metal and a bit more. The screws from the original fit exactly in the same hole. The light is bright and glows white/white. Not yellow cast. It looks updated and I didn't have to keep buying those cheap ring lights. The only reason I changed it was because the lightbulb started blinking a few times. I had to disconnect the wires from the light bulb multiple times for it to stop. A simple solution to hold a fan that works great. This is very easy work. All you need is a screwdriver and a pair of wire cutters. You will also need wire connectors to connect the wiring. I used blue wire butt connectors. Much luck.

Pros
