Bought this specifically for the cord that needs to be tightened at the bottom - it isn't. I was able to pull it out about an inch and that was it. I had to put rocks on the bottom to hold it in place. There are no instructions and I couldn't understand at first why it had velcro and a latch. AFTER I had already laid the stones, I realized I had to bypass the connection to the house. Well I've used rocks to hang it around, still don't see how velcro would help. Looks solid enough just very disappointed that the cable doesn't actually work. As long as he survives the winter and does his job, I'll just live with him.
