Verizon did not activate
I took the phone to the Verizon store as soon as I received it and after 30 minutes of trying to activate it, the rep called Verizon tech support and was told that the phone didn't have an ESN registered and may not be activated on their network. The phone also turned out to be used as it had scratches and the key to the SIM card was missing. I'm returning the phone.
