Fits 2002 CRV as original part (2002-2006 is the same car). Exact match to the original. Someone wrote that it doesn't fit in 2005, it's essentially the same car and it will fit. The problem he had was that there are 2 fans. One radiator fan, another condenser fan (for air conditioning). They look very similar. The easiest way to determine this is to count the number of blades on the fan. 5 blades - radiator fan. 7 blades is a condenser fan. Once you figure that out and buy the right one, it's easy to install. As with most parts on cars, the screws are now 10mm thick. and depending on your radiator installation you may need to remove the top hose. There's no point in draining all the coolant, just remove this hose. Or just take it off and you'll get some coolant on your hands. TIP: Devices that are exposed to a lot of heat and water during their lifetime will rust. Spray on a little penetrating oil the day before and it will be much easier to work with. I recommend using Aerokroil penetrating oil, it's expensive but all you need is a few drops (seriously) and wait a few minutes (up to an hour for those stubborn screws).
