Lots of power, very stiff cable

I bought this to install in a guest room so the electronics could be plugged into the bedside table even with the plug behind the bed and set up that way is that he's the cutest but the dumbest cat in the world wouldn't chew on a wire. Unfortunately, we worked with this cord to try to untie it, but it's so twisted, bent, and stiff that there's no way to attach it to the wall where it can still reach the bedside table. Luckily, that also means the cutest but dumbest cat in the world can't chew on a string because she doesn't even fully stretch out behind the bed.
