My latest pack of 52 Gillette Sensor Plus2 blades seems to be better than my last pack I bought a few years ago. I used to shave about 10 times with a razor. My criterion is that the blade is too dull when the first part of the touch stripe is completely erased as shown in the picture. It takes about 15 shaves to wipe the sensor strip in the last pack of blades. I am very pleased that the quality of the new blades seems to be better than my previous set. That's about four cents a shave for the cost of the blade alone. Maybe it lasts for 15 shaves because of my beard but I am very happy with these blades. I should mention that I thoroughly clean the blade after each use and make sure it is dry. Excellent value for money and quality.
