As my kids get older I always try not to use a diaper bag and end up only carrying the few things they need in your own purse. I'm always looking for smaller versions of the larger items I used to keep in her large diaper bag. These towels are amazing. First, she has very sensitive skin. It breaks out all the time when we use different products on it. She didn't break any when I used it on her. The packaging is very small and fits very well in a small diaper bag or handbag. Sure you could use it in a larger diaper bag but I like it because it's small. The napkins themselves were folded in half. So when you pull them out, you have to unfold them once lengthwise and then once widthwise for them to fully open. This makes the process of preparing the towel for use a little longer, but prevents many towels from being pulled out at once or stretching when removed from the packaging. The napkins themselves are made of cloth. If you've used tissues before, you know there are two kinds that feel like thick but damp paper towels and those that feel like cloth. It's a softer fabric and it's great. Overall these were one of my favorite towels I have ever used for all 3 children. I love the texture and the packaging.
