Love this little air conditioner. We often have power outages and this is perfect for keeping us cool until the power comes back. It moves from left to right when needed, but we don't use this feature often as we tend to sit very close to it. The water mist is very fine and won't let you get wet. The condensate flows back into the water tank. My husband was very skeptical at first but now he wears it wherever needed. It works very quietly and for many hours without recharging.

This is a good portable fan, but as other interviews said, it is not an air conditioner. On hot days, this will keep you cool enough as long as the fan is at arm's length.
