Extremely slow. Big disappointment.

This is the slowest computer I have ever had. Downloading takes about 10 minutes. When used in Zoom conferences, it constantly glitches and freezes for about 30 seconds or more. I did not receive a 64 gig flash drive. I'm not sure what to do. I'll have a computer tech check it out and see if we can make it run faster. Now it is not suitable as a computer for online learning. That was the whole reason I bought it.
