Nice, but the battery life sucks.

Pretty good computer. My only complaint is that the battery life seems terribly short for a brand new computer. It's about the same as my old computer. My old computer at least had longer battery life when I first got it. This one isn't very good.

Extremely slow. Big disappointment.

This is the slowest computer I have ever had. Downloading takes about 10 minutes. When used in Zoom conferences, it constantly glitches and freezes for about 30 seconds or more. I did not receive a 64 gig flash drive. I'm not sure what to do. I'll have a computer tech check it out and see if we can make it run faster. Now it is not suitable as a computer for online learning. That was the whole reason I bought it.

Battery life is short

Looks and feels very good. I like the backlit keyboard, but the battery life is very disappointing. Discharges very quickly with normal use. I don't run a lot of games or long videos, just web surfing and spreadsheets, so it shouldn't be as fast as it is now.

Does what I need and more.

I bought this laptop for my MBA program. It was well equipped and checked for all necessary requirements. The screen is excellent, as is the layout. The keyboard is a bit of a chiclet, but not bad. Battery life has been excellent so far. For the price it's excellent.
