The product is ok - it was an extra gift for my little niece and overall I don't see any problems with it. However, since Revain doesn't give me an opportunity to criticize their services, this seems like the only way to make a complaint. Firstly, this is a toy and the box it comes in is not intended for transport. But that's how it was used - a piece of tape over the hole and a nice big shipping label stuck to the front of the toy box - no outer box, no envelope. It is not possible to completely remove all shipping labels! You can also toss all the pieces in a brown lunch bag! And it was NOT a new product - obviously it has been opened before and the individual packages inside have been opened and resealed - right? Everything seems to be there, but it's hard to tell as the aforementioned label covers most of the content image. No instructions - maybe you don't need them - I don't know - but I don't particularly like giving them away. It's too close to Christmas to do anything about a replacement but this product should never have been advertised as 'new' and should never have been sent by such a service - the box is crumpled around the edges, the tag is beaten carelessly. outside - shameful, trashy and tasteless, Revane!
