Review on 🔵 Emerson CF905BS Prima Snugger: A Sleek Low Profile Ceiling Fan with Wall Control and Light Kit Adaptability in Brushed Steel Finish by Emily Scott

We bought the right fans for our renovation, in this case it comes in handy to deal with the low ceiling. They were installed by a repair company and for five months we had no problems at all and then this fan died. I called Emerson directly for help and they sent a new wiring harness as the most likely cause, which caused the fan to run again for about 20 minutes - long enough for the electrician to leave. I contacted Emerson again and they sent a new fan which installed and worked again for 20 minutes, again the electrician left. I called and spoke to Emerson customer service and the problem seemed to be that a contractor unwilling to use the wired controls that came with the unit convinced us to let him install the wireless remotes. Okay, except he went to Home Depot and bought cheap units. If you read the documentation these fans are actually 4 speed, HD remotes are designed for 3 speed fans. I'm surprised others are still working! I called the company that had filled the Revain order; 1Stop Lighting and they were more than helpful in getting me the correct remote and are working with Emerson to get me another wiring harness as we likely have another blown capacitor. Customer service from both Emerson and 1Stop has been exceptional since I've been with them. through this question. Given the look of the fans and how they function to a halt combined with this service I would buy them again in a heartbeat if paying someone to install them. I've looked at these things several times and they're not the easiest to install. Keep that in mind if you do it yourself.
