The support team is brilliant and very responsive. They have been solving my issues quickly and efficiently, with excellent follow through. I really like that they do not try to sell me on additional features. This was my first implementation of an ecommerce platform, so I could not be happier! I would love more than anything else to see them integrate better with Shopify. I am trying to use their plugin to help drive traffic to our website. It has been difficult so far, as it seems like there are many competing solutions out there. I'm looking forward to seeing what future enhancements they will add. We are using it to drive sales from our Facebook page.
