I like how it is integrated into Salesforce, which makes things easy for both parties involved in an interaction (sales person or customer). The support team has been very helpful when we have had questions about their software! They are always willing to help us out as best they could within our budget/timeframe constraints - no pushback at all from them during this process; just happy-go luckiness whenever possible :) Not much other than what was stated above but overall its pretty good stuff so far.-Scheduling of appointments through sales flow via email reminders &dashas well as SMS messages upon appointment booking being made by customers–; Easy setup once you get used too using SFDC's API tools ;-) Have not encountered any issues since integrating last week :)- Customer feedback after integration:- Appointments booked successfully without delay / scheduling issue faced,- More efficient communication between clients who were getting lost due time wastage while waiting around before meeting up next scheduled date etc.,-. Customers appreciate better service provided over phone instead if reaching office staff members only then requiring additional waitings until another available agent reached there. Overall great experience thusfar. Highly recommended product!! We definitely need more features incorporated such as ability do same day cancell I like how easy it is to use and how intuitive the interface is. It's also very customizable and allows for a lot of different types of errors. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have an option for a custom error message, but you can make your own if needed. I've used other tools in the past, but they were too complicated for me to figure out. This one was simple and straight forward. I'm able to create my own rules and customize it exactly as I need it.
