Installation requires some tricks. I watched the video very carefully before starting the process. To ensure a firm edge bond, I found that using the included wedge to scrape the edge from top to bottom multiple times over the course of several hours was easier than the recommended palm technique. So far it has held up well. With the phone case, the edge doesn't touch and lift even if I use the task edge function very often. However, there are some nuances: the glue under the sheet is not the most even coating in the world. This microscopic bump causes the screen to become less clear. I see RGB pixels all over the screen. I see streaks where the glue is less even. Also, if you push the wedge too hard trying to dislodge bubbles, you will create indentations that won't go away. Fortunately, this is not visible when the screen is on. If you're crazy about screen clarity, don't buy it. If you're ok with a few minor bugs and follow the instructions well, I think this is worth a try. I wonder how easy it is to remove this and the adhesive from the screen when the film needs to be replaced. I decided to take it off and buy a different type of tread. Before I took it off, the tread edge held up very well. Surprisingly easy to wash off without leaving any residue. no fight
