I'm a fan of this cheese grater

This cheese grater is a LIFE CHANGING. I mean that. I'm evangelical for that. I have given it to everyone I know in an attempt to spread the gospel of melted cheese REVELATION. First the basics. If you want really tasty processed cheese (who doesn't?), you should grate the cheese right before using it. Order a block cut at a deli. They can give you weird looks, whatever, it's worth it. Americans make cheese WRONG. Sacks of pre-shredded cheese are an abomination. This is not convenience, this is cheating! They come with sawdust/cellulose/potato starch mixed in to keep them from "caking" (drying out), which ironically affects their ability to melt, making them COMPLETELY PRICELESS. And seriously tasteless! Pre-shredded Kraft pizza with partially skimmed mozzarella is a culinary disappointment. No wonder everyone is ordering takeout instead. This secret has radicalized my culinary life and now I prefer what I cook at home to eating out. Pizza, baked pasta, panini, enchiladas, I'm talking greasy, gooey bliss. Convinced? So now you need a good cheese grater. No, not one of those toys! No hard-to-clean pyramids, boxes, separate levels. You want that bad boy. It withstands the force applied. It's dishwasher safe, suitable for both hard and soft cheeses, and separates what you need for easy manual cleaning between uses, because trust me, you'll be grating cheese at every meal from now on. We use ours about twice a day. It fails and is replaced about every three years. I think it's a pretty good run. BUY IT. TO BE APPOINTED.
