This pistol certainly has its drawbacks (the safety button on the handle is easy to press and I can always do it I still don't understand what she's doing), but the worst part about it is the 20-gauge Bostitch staples. At least 20% of the staples somehow failed. If you must use this gun, buy B&C Eagle 97/25 1" clips. They are far superior to Bostitch brand staples. Another problem with the gun is that the case is too loose for the staples, causing the staples to overlap. The spring isn't strong enough so once you get about 1/3 of the remaining staples you are forced to cut and insert the staple bushing (which again is too loose and the bushings will overlap). Overall a bad product. Stanley is made worse by the fact that they came with cheap staples.
