This pistol certainly has its drawbacks (the safety button on the handle is easy to press and I can always do it I still don't understand what she's doing), but the worst part about it is the 20-gauge Bostitch staples. At least 20% of the staples somehow failed. If you must use this gun, buy B&C Eagle 97/25 1" clips. They are far superior to Bostitch brand staples. Another problem with the gun is that the case is too loose for the staples, causing the staples to overlap. The spring isn't strong

Buyer warning! - Power tools and hand tools

I received the nail tool I ordered. Although it was a completely new model, it was outdated; this. Some improvements were made in later models. So when I tried to use the gun it always jammed. I had to hire another gun to finish the job. I converted a pistol from a Bostitch dealer. Hopefully that's under warranty. If not, I lose another $100 on repairs. I'm frustrated with the situation. Worst tool I've ever owned

This is the worst tool I've ever owned. It made me want to shoot myself in the eye but don't worry it will likely misfire or jam so I'll be fine. I tried to use it to lay parquet floorboards. I literally couldn't get it to hold the whole board together before it misfired or jammed. The tool set up correctly and in fact the only positive thing about this tool was the ease of setup.
