My 15-year-old cat was exhibiting anxiety and distress from heart failure (lethargy, difficulty breathing and sleeping). I used this product out of desperation (boxed tamper evident size 225mg) and was amazed at how well it worked! My little cat only needed 1/3 to 1/2 of each capsule per day mixed with food. Within 48 hours of use it was back to "normal" and exhibiting positive behavior I hadn't seen in months. He was able to relax and fall asleep again, as well as return to his normal daily routine. This was used while he was on heart medication (blood pressure and diuretic) and I have not observed any "side effects".
