Sad dog that quickly became non-functional

My son was so excited to get this dog. He did not use it excessively and we did not mind that it needs to be charged fairly quickly. However, the 4th time he used it, one leg shifted while doing a stunt. Now the robot is imbalanced and can not do any of the stunts. He can barely walk and is sadly like a paralyzed dog. There is no link to talk to the manufacturer for a replacement and there seems to be no way to fix it. What a disappointing waste of plastic!
