Review on JFG RACING Carburetor Motorcycle Scooter by Djmikis Parker

My cloned Gy6 engine will not fit in a 250cc Hummer kart. The first problem was the motor mount bolt, which went from side to side. I removed both and replaced them with two shorter bolts to leave room for what I thought was the carburetor. The second issue was the physical size of the carburetor. The float bowl hitting the engine too deep, the side-shifted booster pump (mechanical rather than vacuum on the original) caused more clearance issues and prevented it from sitting flat. But I ended up pushing it in (stretching the rubber boot to fit the 90's manifold) only to find the throttle bracket banging hard against part of the frame! It also prevented me from setting the throttle properly. This last hurdle also prevents me from using an air filter, which is the main reason for a single star.
