This could be a better design. A wrench works well for screwing the aerator in and out, but it's not easy to align and keep it in place while turning. In addition, the service life of the key leaves a lot to be desired. The reason I bought this was to get a spare key whose teeth would deteriorate with use. This is normal on an initial installation, but if a slight buildup of minerals builds up, the aerator will become more difficult to unscrew and teeth will snap or break. I made a metal key instead of a plastic key and it works much better, but they don't sell the metal key they should.
