Their support team is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have no dislikes to this company. We have had no issues with them in the short time that we have used them. The team is very knowledgeable and willing to help. We have used the team for both our server and desktop support. We have used them to help with desktop support, but we recently had a server issue that we had to call in to their team. They were very helpful and fixed the issue for us.
