I bought these to test the LEDs I plan to use on a trailer under construction. They connect to the G4 LEDs and act as connectors for lightbulbs. They worked great in my controlled test environment and I plan to use them in my final product. If you have read my other reviews you know that I often buy discounted products, I actually paid full price for them and they were well worth it. Sockets I used 8 AA batteries in series with a small switch and some random LEDs I could get for the cost of a review. You can get slightly brighter results with a suitable 12 volt power supply.
