Review on Logitech G635 DTS Surround LIGHTSYNC by Agata Kowalik ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I³'m satisfied with the product, it³'s well made and the price is also satisfying.

Initially, I thought in the direction of g935, but I did not want to bother with charging. The difference is essentially only in the wireless connection, leather. deputy ear pads and the weight is a little more for the g935. As for the microphone, let's say it is quiet, but if you set AGC in the Sound-Recording devices-Properties-Custom settings, everything will be fine. This is an automatic microphone gain control, unfortunately I did not find a manual one. Here we have a question, does anyone know how to configure it manually? In the Logitech Hub, the microphone is at maximum. And then AGC sets everything up so that the clicking of the mouse and keyboard buttons is audible.

Pros
  • + Assembly. Definitely good, nothing creaks, does not crack, the microphone is removed and removed without problems. + Sound quality. The Surround mode here is certainly cool, the stage is very wide, there are many profiles for the main games (PUBG, CS GO, Dota 2, Apex), the depth of the sound effects is amazing! Watching movies is now like in a cinema! Yes, yes, it is, the main thing is to set the correct settings. Listening to the music has become kayfovo, some tracks are revealed differently (in a good sense of the word). + Ear pads 50 mm. In the old Razer Kraken Pro headphones, the ear pads were 40 mm and after 3-4 hours they began to put pressure on the auricles. By the way, they are fabric, the ears will not sweat, but the sound insulation is worse. + RGB lighting! I synchronized the backlight with the mouse, it all looks beautiful. + Microphone. In general, he is very good, but I still have questions for him.
Cons
  • - changing the length of the headband could be made tougher. - the computer went a little crazy when installing the drivers, apparently there was a conflict between the software razer and logitech - when the wire from the headphones touches something, you will hear it in your left ear (phonendoscope effect). - the location of the buttons on the left ear is a little confusing (they are at the back), but it seems to have started to get used to it. - setting up the microphone, everything is not so simple here - the meizu 16th smartphone does not pull out these ears unfortunately, the sound is very quiet and the quality.
