Initially I couldn't decide between the px727 and px747 as they have similar features but are slightly different in price: the px747 was $200 cheaper when I bought this item. Ultimately, I chose the px747 because I would be using the projector in a low-light environment where some light enters the room. Since the px747 has higher lumens, I thought it was the best option for me between the px747 and the px727. In general, the quality of the projector is good. The device offers basic functions and is currently the cheapest 4K projector on the market. You definitely get what you pay for with this device. I use it as the hub of my entertainment hub with Roku and PS4. I also have a receiver that allows 4k streaming so 4k content from roku/ps4 is actually displayed in 4k on the projector. If you stream audio to a non-4k compatible device, you will not be able to see 4k quality. Pros: - Basic standard features - 4k content - Low price - Ease of use - Internal speakers (although the speakers are mediocre) Cons: - No ethernet port for direct internet access - No bluetooth capability - Color quality could be better After 4 months of If I using this projector, I have some regrets about my purchase. Several reasons for this. Firstly, I think the color could be greatly improved on this projector. I'm in a fairly dark room and yet the colors aren't as bright and accurate as the px727 models. that I saw. I too had problems with px747. I noticed a flickering light/lamp on the screen. From time to time the projector freezes and noise appears on the screen. In addition, the unit's speakers stopped working even 6 months after purchasing the projector. The speakers don't currently play sound, but the sound works when connected to external speakers like a soundbar. From time to time the projector freezes and noise appears on the screen.
