Love these pedals!: Cycling

My first criteria for choosing a pedal is speed and a two-way pedal. There are more of these than there used to be, but there still aren't many 2-way spd pedals. These pedals are reversible and have a large platform to lean on. I love these pedals. I think these are the best pedals I've ever owned. The SPD's profile is also very low, so you can easily ride them spikeless if you want to.
