I have a house with all hardwood floors except carpets. I thought I'd like to try them as they cost significantly less than the manufacturer's original product. Overall I'm happy with it as it's pretty similar in design, but I've noticed that there's a small flaw. The protrusions are a bit deeper than the original product, so I noticed it was noticeably louder on a hardwood floor. However, everything can be fine on carpeted floors. For the price it's worth a try and even if it does, it won't ruin my floors. I'm not sure if that can change as it's a soft rubber so I think it may wear out over time and not be as loud. If it wasn't for the noise I would give this product five stars.
