Best Drywall Picture Hanger

I've hung many, many pictures over the years, usually using classic two-piece drywall wall hangers with nails inserted through hooks into the wall at a downward angle. The main problem with these hangers (aside from having to keep both pieces aligned and then looking for them when you drop them) is that the nail penetrates the wall ABOVE where you want the actual hook, which is the installation difficult. know exactly how high your painting will hang. If you want to hang two pictures at the same height, this can become very annoying. And because the tops of two-piece hangers protrude from the wall, the picture wire can easily catch on the ledge above the actual hook, causing the picture to rise too high and eventually pulling the hanger out of the wall. Wall. These one-piece hangers avoid these problems and also work well on drywall. You simply drive to exactly where you want to hang the picture, lower the picture until it "hooks", and you're done. Hangers are also easier to remove for repositioning or reuse. I recommend going for the largest size (up to 60 pounds) as it is the most versatile.
