I love this candle. My son bought a set but one broke. I thought it was an accident and won't happen again. Unfortunately this happened. It was packaged as part of a subscription and ordered with very heavy products. There were small pieces of broken glass and some unwrapped items in the main box. It was a disaster. The candle maker needs to understand that they are not packaged properly. My son was arrested and sent alone. As much as I love the candles, I will give it another try by ordering them separately. If you have problems with the wick, the candle burns in the middle and the wick sinks into the wax. Take aluminum foil and place it around the hole. Cut a hole in the middle. Leave about 1/2 inch of foil around the top edge. The heat is distributed evenly across the glass so it melts evenly without damaging the wick. I read it in another review and it really works. Now I use it on all candles. I also took a broken candle, shook off the whole jar and placed the candle in an empty jar. He put on protective gloves. Decorated and works great. I will only order it again. If it breaks again, I will end this product. 😞 3 strikes and out. Usually 1 hit is required.
