Loose on hub best in caps, trim rings and hub accessories

I ordered two sets of these hub centering rings for my 19" niche Verona on a 2020 VW Passat. The first set fits fine, there is no vibration on the steering wheel underneath 78 mph The second set is loose on the hub and the vibration starts at 60 mph I do not recommend.
