Unrealistic frustration, save yourself brain damage. I bought it a few months ago, production date is 2021. I think due to Covid there was no quality control or lack of chips or processors that actually worked. So Dell put the broken ones in because that's all that's left. DELL GIVES YOU TRASH with this laptop. It freezes and blue screens/crashes CONSTANTLY!. They secretly try to fix it with tons of updates every day, seriously, it's unusable every morning because it downloads updates that take forever to install. Go to other retail sites, there are many people who have made this mistake, myself included. And they are very upset with this laptop. Dell support only told me 30 warranty then I did it myself. I wish I could post Dell support transcripts. You would die laughing. or from pain. ha Dell is a joke. Save yourself. - Oh, and my company paid for this laptop, so I'm not just mad at Dell for personally losing money, I'm just trying to help others.
