I like that they are always there to help when you need them even long after your contract has ended! They have been very professional, knowledgeable about their product and quick with any questions or concerns we had along our journey from start to finish of implementation and training.

If anything else arises during my time working for this organization it is because things change. But everything was good at first until one day something changed without notice causing us some issues later down the road. Be sure to work closely with everyone in order keep communication open if an issue does arise be prepared to take care of business professionally regardless what happens outside of normal office hours!!
