People are crazy giving these cable ties such high ratings. I bought some of these positive reviews. I thought they looked pretty cheap and I was sure I was right. I broke three in a row, I was surprised! If you pull up even moderately, the lock will break. In the photo this guy is on the left and a similar tie from the few I have left over from previous projects. Both are 8 inches, but the one on the right is obviously a high quality zip tie. I've NEVER had this problem with any zip tie I've ever used and I usually tighten them tight. Another cheap thing is that the prongs are only on one side. Competitor cable ties have teeth on both sides. I am extremely disappointed. Tomorrow I'm going to the hardware store to buy zip ties (I thought I could avoid that by buying them from Revain). Let the buyer be alert.
