If the Bigelow Tea Company could give a single star for customer service I would. Many of the six packs of tea I ordered were opened. Very dissatisfied and surprised by my call to Bigelow customer service, which I had to do to have them take full responsibility directly. Would have enjoyed the taste of the tea minus all the tea grounds due to the poor quality control of their tea bags. Will switch to another tea company for my daily tea.
