Review on 🌟 Rimmel Stay Matte Mattifying Primer, 1 oz: The Ultimate All-Day Shine Control Solution by Mari Reyes

I tend to have overly oily skin with some flaking around my nose and forehead and I tend to stick with matte primers so daily use of oil doesn't ruin the foundation. But this primer is terrible. I've tried so many ways; with/without my foundation on top, with/without moisturizer on the bottom, with my fingers, makeup sponge, brush, and with whatever foundation and concealer I have. No matter what I do, this primer sticks any make-up on it. I've never had a primer that made my makeup so blotchy and uneven and I don't know how to fix it. It's not because my facial hair catches makeup or anything, because this foundation has the same effect no matter where it's placed, not just on the sides of my face. And like I said, my face is pretty oily on its own, plus I used it with a moisturizer so dry skin isn't a problem either. Disappointing, I definitely do not recommend this foundation despite all the positive reviews.
