I really wanted to love it and I really like the way it looks but unfortunately I can't use it. The blades only point in one direction and there is no way to rotate the blades. So if you're left-handed, you're unfortunately turning the blades the wrong way. I only noticed this after trying a few "test items" and couldn't cut anything. I took a closer look to see what could be wrong and realized I probably had it turned the opposite way when the blades were naturally adjusted. So I took it apart to change the direction of the blades but found that they were stuck and wouldn't turn. Unfortunately I will be returning it as I can't ergonomically use it the way it should be and I don't have enough muscle strength to reverse rotate it to cut efficiently. The left hand counts! Please make your products double-sided or rotate the blades!
