This is a great pair of lightweight running shoes. They have minimal heel lift, allowing you to move more naturally as you run. Since switching to these zero-drop shoes, I've run faster and have fewer nagging injuries. These shoes are well constructed and will not fall apart over time like other running shoes. The style is simple and the non-slip tread provides excellent grip. I use them for both regular runners and family hikes. They are also attractive enough to be used as footwear at social occasions.
