Review on BahFed by Alfredo Testerman

We are a large company who uses eTradeConnect for our OMS system to provide quotes to our agents. This is so that they may quote customers for their benefits offerings at no cost other than what we pay the agent for their service. The integration between our systems and theirs is seamless! There really isn't something I dislike about it. It does everything a customer might need with ease. We can quickly turn on new features as needed but can revert them if they start to cause issues. Ease of use and easy access to training so that you have the knowledge you need when you first begin using it. A much more efficient and less costly way to interact with clients by providing the agent with a list of available choices from which they can quote instead of having to manually search through each option ourselves. The best part is that they are very responsive to our needs and always willing to go above & beyond for us! They have been able to deliver so much value over the last few years. I would definitely recommend them because their team members really care about what we do as well as how it impacts our customers' businesses. It's hard sometimes when you're trying to get an answer from someone who isn't necessarily right there but at least gets back with me quickly which helps keep things moving forward.
