These spoons are unusually large, thick and heavy. I didn't have high expectations for these cheap, unbranded spoons, but I genuinely thought they would work for the purpose I had in mind which was cat food. Because of their thickness, they would not scrape food off the bottom rims of a can of cat food. It would be impossible to eat with them because they are too big, fat and heavy. They're also much larger than a regular tablespoon, but not big enough to serve. They're ugly and clumsy. Since I used one of these spoons and therefore couldn't return it, I put it in a donation box in hopes that someone would find a use for it. They can be suitable for mixing small batches of cement.
