They only allow my devices to charge 1A instead of 2A. They pull through about 7 other shorter cables I've had on hand from various devices over the years. It's not "fast charging" at all as advertised. In fact, some devices will complain and not charge at all with this cable. Giving 1 star because this listing advertises "fast charge", which usually means a charging capacity of 2A to 2.4A. You'll find that other listings for the same cable actually list 2A or 2.4A, maybe has this list been reported for this and had to remove the numbers wand and an anker 10,000 battery (2A input) for testing cables I have about 7 or 8 random micro usb cables that allow the anker to charge 2A when in use of this cable Kill-A-Watt shows the same numbers as using an older/cheaper charger (1A, 6.6W, 11.9VA avg) good cable, in this case with Motorola 5.2 charger V/ 2A is reading somewhere around 0.19A, 13.8W, 23.5VA I'll admit it's a decent price for the length and physical quality.
