They say you don't know how good customer support is until you have a problem with a product. Well it happened! GPS does not want to update. I called and got the best customer service anyone could ask for. You didn't keep me on the phone forever. They were happy with the texting, the witch was working on it and while I was at work it got a lot better. I was given options when they thought they couldn't fix it quickly. I wanted to trade in the GPS but they didn't give up. They kept working on it even though I thought it wasn't as the GPS was working the next morning. I don't know how many hours they spent on it (I checked it every two hours for over 16 hours) or if they worked on it all night, but it works perfectly. I want more places to care about their product and customer service. Thank you guys! You are awesome!
