Review on Premium Wide Calf Compression Socks: Enhanced Blood Circulation for Women & Men, 15-20 mmHg by Roy Whetstone

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great for us "fluffy " ladies.

I have been wearing compression stockings since 2015 when I was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency. My doctor at the time recommended compressions of 18-22 mmHg, so I alternate between 15-20 and 20-30 depending on how I'm feeling in the morning. The biggest problem I had was finding compression stockings that went with anything but black, nude, and white. Now there is no problem. I LOVE these socks. My calves can range from 19.5 to 23.5 inches depending on how swollen I am (getting worse in summer). No problem - these socks can handle it. They are 15-20 mm Hg. Art. (The description is a little confusing - one spot says 20-30mmHg but I assure you it's 15-20. Six years of constant wear, you've gotten to the point where you can tell the difference right away). I started with the black ones (just to try them out) and was so happy I bought the purple/navy/pink set. They fit great, no super tight drawstring at the top (a problem with other baggy calf socks) and the colors really suit me. Be sure to check the size chart in the photos above - ordering the correct size makes a world of difference in comfort. I'm just over 5'8" and have large feet so the size Large fits perfectly. Very happy with it - no issues. Highly recommended.
