The ease to use it is amazing; I can do everything in one place without having to go back and forth between different platforms. Also great customer support! Nothing really. It's easy to learn but also easy to master. If you're looking for something that helps your organization get organized this software will help. We are solving our problem by being able to keep track of our contacts information from across multiple departments. This makes communication so much easier because we know who needs what info when.
